Rooted in Tradition,
Built on Rigour
We are a VastuSan consultancy formed at the intersection of architecture, spatial planning and traditional Indian knowledge — built for clients who want substance, not superstition.
Vastu, Interpreted Through Architecture
VastuSan was founded on a simple premise: that traditional Vastu Shastra and modern architecture are not in conflict. Applied thoughtfully, directional and spatial principles inform better design decisions — not instead of structural and aesthetic judgement, but alongside it.
Every recommendation we make is explained in plain terms: what we observed, why it matters, and what practical change it points to. No absolutes, no fear-based framing — just a considered read on how a space is organised.
Our Approach
Diagnose First
Every engagement begins with a genuine assessment — orientation, layout and constraints — before any recommendation is made.
Work With Structure
We prioritise non-structural corrections and partner with your architect when structural input is genuinely needed.
Explain Our Reasoning
Every report states the observation and the reasoning behind each recommendation, not just an instruction to follow.
Respect Trade-offs
No plot or building is perfect. We help you prioritise the corrections that matter most, not chase an impossible standard.
Our Consulting Team
Our consultants hold formal training in Vastu Shastra alongside backgrounds in architecture and civil engineering — a combination we consider essential to giving advice that is both traditionally grounded and structurally sound.
Each project is assigned a lead consultant who stays with you from the first floor plan review through to your follow-up consultation after implementation.
- Certified in Vastu Shastra & traditional spatial planning
- Backgrounds in architecture and structural engineering
- Experience across residential, commercial and industrial projects
