Client Requirement

A 40-person technology company relocating to a new office floor and seeking a layout that would support focus and collaboration.

Existing Layout

The floor plan placed the founder's cabin at the rear of the office, with the reception area cramped against a load-bearing pillar and open workstations facing a corridor.

Vastu Observations

Leadership seating at the rear reduced visibility and decision-making energy, while the compressed reception created a weak first impression at the space's most important threshold.

Recommendations

• Reposition the founder's cabin to the south-west power zone
• Open up the reception with a clear, unobstructed entrance sightline
• Realign workstation rows to face north or east
• Designate a dedicated south-east zone for the pantry and electrical systems
