Client Requirement

A furniture and home-décor showroom owner concerned about inconsistent footfall conversion despite strong product range and store traffic.

Existing Layout

The billing counter was positioned facing the entrance directly, and premium display pieces were placed along the store's western wall, furthest from natural light.

Vastu Observations

A billing counter in direct entrance alignment can create a subtle deterrent to browsing, while the western display wall left the showroom's best pieces in its lowest-light zone.

Recommendations

• Move the billing counter to the south wall, angled away from the direct entrance line
• Relocate premium displays to the north and east walls near natural light
• Introduce a welcoming, uncluttered path from entrance to central display
• Position the cash drawer to face north-east when in use
