Vastu for Offices

Workplace Vastu considers how the position of leadership, teams and shared spaces affects decision-making, communication and morale — questions that overlap meaningfully with good workplace design.

Leadership cabins are traditionally placed in the south-west, giving decision-makers a stable, commanding position within the office. Reception areas benefit from a clear, welcoming placement near the north-east.

Open workstations generally perform best facing north or east, supporting focus and reducing the sense of being 'watched from behind' that can come from facing a busy walkway.

For existing offices, corrections are usually phased — reseating, cabin adjustments and storage relocation — designed to minimise disruption to daily operations.
